I have embraced the 5 why’s of investigation; What, When, Where, Why and How throughout my entire career. This has helped me develop a successful career in Project Management, LEAN and Leadership. I use that early development to guide me in meeting goals, providing excellent Customer service and leading Teams to success. I treat all I do as a Project-When I lead teams, I consider the individual career goals and help guide each individual to meet their goals. I keep track of KPI’s to measure performance and give regular feedback to help each of them in their development-When I manage projects, I use my investigative experience to manage Quality, Cost and on-time delivery-I really enjoy LEAN, as my Investigative mindset, really lends itself to being successful with those principals. I have over 26years of experience using this background to provide Customers (whether internal or external) with the upmost Exceptional Service.
