I bring over a decade of expertise in Supply Chain and Business Intelligence. At Gap, Inc, I led a team of analysts, fostering a data-centric culture and mentoring talent to drive skill enhancement and knowledge sharing. My strategic contributions include prioritizing and executing development tasks for the MicroStrategy platform, serving as a subject matter expert for supply chain, sales, and inventory. I spearheaded pricing revamp projects, advocated for a single source of truth in reporting, and orchestrated collaborative efforts across cross-functional teams to enhance customer success initiatives. During my tenure at Under Armour, Inc, as an Enterprise Data Analytics Manager, I drove bottom-line impact through pricing projects and led major initiatives in planning and product management. I lead a team of 3 analysts and oversaw all aspects regarding supply chain reporting. As part of the Enterprise Data team, I was part of a group that drove the transformation and modernization of our technical data stack. I leverage technology to streamline processes and drive innovation. My dedication to excellence, strategic vision, and collaborative leadership style make me a valuable asset in any organization aiming to leverage data for business success. If you catch me outside of work, I love walking my English Bulldog named Nova, rooting for all Philadelphia sports teams, and am an avid golfer (won my club championship flight in Summer of 2023!).
