About Joe Draganic

As a former collegiate athlete, I was continually challenged to overcome adversity. In fact, my career began with rejection from college recruiters because of my size and lack of speed. Through persistence, listening to my coaches and a lot of hard work, I was not only recruited to one of the top soccer programs in the USA, we also captured two conference championships and an NCAA tournament appearance. I was able to accomplish this by setting my own objectives to overcome any obstacle preventing me from playing ball. Tenacity, competitiveness, goal setting and working as a team were crucial qualities that drove my success as an athlete. It is with confidence and determination that I have applied these same qualities to excel in sales and account management and achieve both personal and company success. Outside of work you can find me coaching kids how to excel on a soccer field, finding the perfect view while hiking across our great country and trying to make a difference in the community.
