About Joe Dunstan

I have over 15 years’ experience working in the Information Communication and Technology Industry (ICT) including over 10 years in the Australian Government. I have held roles in technical\field support, training delivery, strategic advice, and project management. I have a diploma in project management and over 10 years’ experience delivering a suite of large government projects. This experience is backed with professional accreditations in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP Foundation and Practitioner), Managing Successful Projects using PRINCE2 (Foundation and Practitioner) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3). I have a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery both from within government and to government as a service. My ability to identify each stakeholders overall influence and impact on each project is a skill I rely on and one which I have gained through my experience in often complex integrated teams. I am acutely aware of the importance of strong working relationships with all project delivery members including those with delivery partners or third party vendors. I have been able to coordinate highly successful outcomes in partnership with third party vendors on several projects whilst ensuring the often complex government ICT constraints such as procurement guidelines or Information Security Manual (ISM) recommendations were upheld.
