About Joe Dzwonczyk

Senior Site Executive, Process Manager, Metallurgist and Laboratory Manager for the mining industry. Contributing to efficient, safe mining with a broad range of commodities, instrumentation, methods and systems knowledge. My interests and skills speak to ore body and mineralisation control in processing plants, plant optimisation, mentoring junior team members and integrated operations planning between corporate, mining, finance and metallurgy. I have lead teams of up to 50 members and completed courses (SSE, Site Supervisor S123/G3) to assist in leading those teams. I can demonstrate a long history of improvements to methodology and processes to improve production, whilst not compromising safety or quality. Champion of Change Management; why change is necessary, how it can be implemented, and assessing stakeholder interest. My core beliefs include ensuring all team members are physically and mentally safe at work; ensuring the teams I lead contribute to our social licence to operate; that everyone is given a fair chance to achieve their potential, and to encourage creativity and thinking-outside-the-box. The number of times I have witnessed tangible business benefit from these beliefs never ceases to inspire me.
