My background features more than 35 years of achievement in progressively responsible roles as senior corporate environmental, health and safety regional manager, EHS consultant (e.g, EHS management systems, compliance support, and auditing), compliance officer, hazardous materials manager, environmental scientist, hydrogeologist, and project manager. I have a broad range of environmental and business risk management expertise, including: regulatory compliance risk management oversight and support, EHS compliance management controls development and implementation, information life cycle management, Sarbanes-Oxley Act internal controls monitoring; environmental regulatory compliance and health and safety auditing; ISO 14001 EMS and OHSAS 18001 OHSMS implementation, development, internal auditing, and support (including corrective action and root cause analysis); environmental training material preparation and presentation; CERCLA (Superfund) site assessments; asbestos building inspections, lead-based paint inspections, and demolition-related hazardous materials investigations; and environmental hydrogeology, including: water supply development, wellhead protection, nutrient loading analysis, environmental site assessments, and remedial investigations. I have completed external training for the ASTM E1527-13 standard and meet the requirements of an "Environmental Professional", as described in EPA's All Appropriate Inquiries Rule.
