About Joe Ferrer

I believe that the first rule in training someone is to "do no harm." Athletes/Clients come to performance coaches to get healthy, feel good, and perform at a higher level than they did the year before. To assist in that process, we must understand the person's sport (professional or weekend warrior), timetable on training, medical history, goals, etc. We build a plan for each client and based upon their response to training, we must then modify that plan monthly, weekly, daily, and even rep-to-rep based upon each client's unique situation. We believe in building long-lasting relationships while being honest and fair with everyone. We also believe in constant communication with each client. You must listen to what your clients say and constantly ask them how they are feeling. It's the only way to train optimally! We also believe in keeping an open mind to welcome growth. Stay humble, work hard, and practice your craft. We will maximize our client's training threshold!
