About Joe Foreshew

With over 29 years at the forefront of elite performance, tactical coaching, and innovation, I’ve built a career on driving human potential—from frontline soldiers to international athletes and academic institutions. As a Level 3 Endurance Coach with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and an MSc in Sports Coaching Science, I specialise in blending academic rigour with operational relevance. I’ve led global training camps, shaped military resilience pathways, and pioneered digital fitness tools like the My Army Fitness App (MAFA), used to enhance readiness and recovery across Defence. Now, as Head of Tactical Solutions at HPO Technologies, I lead the creation of high-impact, evidence-based digital health and performance systems. My work connects behavioural science, user experience, and real-world coaching to deliver meaningful change across military, law enforcement, and higher education sectors. I’m passionate about endurance sport, innovation, and making fitness not just effective—but engaging, inclusive, and future-ready.
