About Joe Garry

I have been in automotive finance for the last 12 years. Having a deep understanding of sub prime lending has given a strong advantage for my team members and customers. The ability to get better approvals has resulted in better customer experiences and better month end closing statements. Starting my sales career at Ray Skillman GMC in 2007 led to quick advancement into finance management. Spending 10 years controlling my own advertisement budget and carrying my customers through the entire sales process. I was able to grow into one of the most profitable department for the Skillman organization. Averaging more than 50 units sold front to back and an addition 20-30 deals financed for the floor. Moving into the Executive Finance Director role for P4, I learned the importance of building a team of dedicated professionals. Training them to break through barriers of mediocrity. Surrounding dealerships with quality people. Pushing daily to break the stigmas of traditional dealership characteristics. Constant training of management lead to growth and high expectations. Changing outlooks resulted in goals being pushed higher and higher. Now as General Manager of Rohrman Indy Hyundai, I get to apply all the knowledge I gained from prior experiences and tie them together to make a difference. Focusing on people first, above all, will result in the culture and customer experience I always wished for. Thank you to all those who taught me along the way.
