About Joe Gibson

I am a diligent, ambitious and hard-working individual with a passion for business and technology.I’ve witnessed how implementing IT strategies can influence efficiency and growth, especially in relation to learning and business expansion. My experience to date has developed my communicational skills and I believe highlights my ability to work in challenging environments. In 2011, I graduated with a BA Honours degree in English and History. I began to work in a local primary school for a short period and would do so intermittantly until 2016. As I harboured ambitions to travel and work, I accepted a position to teach English as a Foreign Language in South Korea. Although this experience was not without it's challenges, the initial language barrier perhaps the most difficult obstacle to overcome, it was an experience I thoroughly enjoyed.I also taught the school curriculum in an International School in Abu Dhabi to children aged between 7-11, as well as giving private tuition lessons. In August 2017, I decided to progress with my career in a different industry. As a Service Delivery Analyst working for a highly reputable IT company like Integrity 360, my primary core responsibility is assisting, monitoring and reporting on the integral services that we provide our clients.In my role working in the Service Delivery team, I have to ensure customer satisfaction by keeping them informed of our adherence to pre-arranged Service Level Agreements. I am effectively the first point of contact when the client requires for us to follow due process when providing solutions to operational models and implementing software upgrades and patches that ultimately increase productivity. I have recently been accredited with ITIL certification and my daily duties heavily coincide with practices inherent in IT Service Management and Software Development Life-cycles. I now work for Kerry Group Plc in the ICT Web Operations team as a Business Analyst.
