About Joe Guy

A little about me: I am a husband and a proud father of 3 kids, Desarae, Brayden and Lexi. My crew is what I like to work hard for and also to enjoy time with the family. Most of life I have worked multiple jobs and have been able to gain a lot of experience over the years. I have got every job based off of hard work and determination to make a quarter turn difference throughout each shift I work. At 42 I have finally figured one thing out. I think you spend most of your life wondering what you truly want to do when you grow up. I realized I am doing it. Leading, Managing and Developing is my passion. I am never hungry for the title but to help others see and grow to their maximum potential is what I truly am passionate about. Giving individuals an opportunity to be the best they can is what I enjoy the most. If you read this far I appreciate you and know I am happy within my current possessions but always open to better my family and my life opportunities:)
