As a sales professional, I have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting sustainable travel. I hold a master's degree in International Tourism from the University of Limerick, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in global tourism trends, policies, and practices.Currently, I work as an Inside Sales Coordinator at Mark Anthony Group, where I ensure wine orders are managed efficiently and effectively. I take incoming calls and place orders from customers, as well as promote and upsell products and services. I also handle and follow through on customer concerns, participate in mail outs, track and process orders and deliveries, and produce reports. In this role, I have demonstrated my ability to work with multiple systems and platforms, such as Salesforce, and to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.In addition, I worked as a Sales Lead at Callaghan Country, where I oversaw the sales and operations of a backcountry ski lodge. I managed the online booking system, handle inquiries and reservations, coordinate with staff and guests, and maintain the quality and safety standards of the lodge.
