I started my career in the credit and collections industry 16 years ago. Shortly after graduating college with a Bachelor in Business Mangement, I saw the opportunity to work for a very professional, well estsblished agency in Orange County California. My responsibilites are to maintain a collection department ensuring our clients reputation is held to professional standards. Under the guidance of counsel, I'm sought after to negotiate the largest volume of debt. Successfully, i have been able to maintain above national average collections by a big margin since my employment with Southwest Collection Service, INC. Our company has utilized the most sophicated skip tracing equipment avaliable and in doing so, we are able to be more tactful while limiting the cost. My approach is to aggressively find the money while maintaining a professional code of conduct. My tenacity, focus and relentless determination is what fuels my ambitions to be the best I can.
