From finance mgr to sales mgr on front end of a dealership to parts manager and service writing on the back. I have learned much about the way successful dealerships operates. The relationships that were forged in those 12 years in a dealership are still alive today and are the foundation for my career. Now for last 13 years the education has been on wholesale distribution and partnering with powersports businesses to assist them to reach their goals. Constant education for me and transferring knowledge and training to parts staff and partnering with owners and management is the focus. Producing a podcast on Powersports and People has really allowed me to combine to of my favorite things, people and motorcycles, UTVs, Snowmobiles, Dirt Bikes and more. Relationships are the end goal. Everything else comes into place after that.
