My experience is vast within business operations and management. One of my key strengths that has catapulted my success is my ability to see opportunities for process improvement. This in turn has yielded results in cost savings, staff retention and overall business growth. I lead with the approach of influence not management; meaning lead by example. If something needs to be done, I do not hesitate to roll up my sleeves, regardless of the task. On a personal note, I am a health and wellness champion and love to have the opportunity to bring the value add I have gained throughout my experience to an organization that shares the same ideals. This is not a deal breaker, by any means, just an ideal notion. An organization that is progressive and offers an opportunity for growth and development for all its employees, is really the most ideal.
