For over 36 years I have worked had in hand with dealers educating myself and sharing that knowledge to assist dealers in increasing their likelihood of success. From a young age I have and continue to be a driven individual. Examples include: completing my higher education in 3 calendar years, as an owner operator driving for two race teams, 36 years of continuing education in the automotive world and most recently developing the entire FCA Field Training Curriculum, Developed and implemented in cooperation with NADA/Walsh College/Joe Lescota of NIADA a robust Dealer Development Program for FCA Dealers and lastly a self-study and in-dealership New Dealer Launch Experience.
