About Joe MacIas

A graduate from San Jose State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy pursuing a career in the tech sector. I currently work as a Data Labeling Analyst at Meta as a contractor through Magnit. My role there is to analyze machine learning data from Meta Ai. I analyze and evaluate the machine learning process, making sure the Ai works accordingly and safely to the user prompts. I use my experience from my previous role at e2f Inc. where I previously worked as a Machine Learning analyst. I worked with Siri, analyzing machine learning data. I previously worked as a shipping coordinator at Nippon Pillar Company, where I coordinated shipments to the customers through different couriers. Also I received shipments which originated from the company's factory and we would prepare the orders for the different customers that we had. Besides coordinating shipments, we would also take inventory twice a year, counting all the parts available in the warehouse. I also have experience in reviewing content, experience I gained while working at Accenture through BC Forward. I would review social media content and flag any suspicious profiles. I maintained the safety and integrity of social media for the users. I am willing to contribute towards the success of the tech sector, learn in every job, and put in my passion for the tech world.
