Over 35 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with drill string, BHA, drilling and completion equipment and OCTG as a QA/QC Engineer and Level II Inspector. Held ASNT-TC-1A Level II certification in UT, MT, EMI and PT. Strong knowledge of API Spec Q1 & Q2, API 5D, 5CT, RP 5A5, 5DP, API 8 AB & C, ISO 10407, 10424-1 & 2, DS-1, NS-1 & 2. 6 years experience on completion equipment, including liner hangers, completion packers, isolation packers, RTTS, storm valves, PBR, control lines, seal assemblies, tubing hangers, etc. through Quality Assurance, assembly, testing and inspection. Experience includes inspection, evaluation and failure analysis of new and used equipment in shops, inland and offshore rig locations and overseas. Problem solving skills using a systematic approach to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose problems. Quality Auditor capable of audits of oil industry manufacturing, service, repair and inspection facilities as to conformance with ISO DS-1, API, ISO, NS-1 and NS-2 standards. Experienced in the revisions and the use of quality plans and audit processes to implement quality assurance programs, through establishment of QMS systems. Capable of working in any environment either on own initiative or as part of a team and with the ability to manage inspectors, the inspection processes and the ability to pass on knowledge to others.
