About Joe Marshall

I am passionate about effective leadership in organizations that make a difference. I have extensive experience leading, coaching, and managing senior executives and teams in large, complex organizations in the public sector, healthcare and non-profit space. My greatest strength is working with leaders to develop their skills through reflection on their strategic goals and intensions. Growing past slogans, we then explore and develop, in a program tailored to the individual, how to use best practices in a sustainable and personal leadership practice. Strength, resilience and problem solving are major aims.
