About Joe Mathonia

I have gained excessive amounts of experience while working at all of my jobs. Some of my previous jobs were: Tenneco, Edge Automation, and JMR Electric Ltd. Through these jobs I have learned many keys to being successful on a job. These include: being independent, having time efficiency, and having a good work ethic at all times. At all of these jobs, I was highly depended upon to make my own decisions and by having this priority, I have learned to be better at it and take all parts of the problem into play. I also needed to work efficiently at these jobs because my supervisors always had high expectations of me. Having done less than their expectations was not seen as an option for me and this pushed me to always do tasks in the most efficient manor. Having a good work ethic is always something that I have been complimented of. I have never had a problem getting along with any past employer, supervisor, or co-worker that I have worked with. I very much enjoy working to learn different concepts of how to do different things and how different machines work. Aside from gaining experience from many jobs, I have also gained a wide range of experience from my past mechanic, and current excavation business owner, father. I enjoy helping him around the farm cleaning up, tinkering, and fixing a wide range of different things.
