Proven communications, public relations and media leader. First as a journalist, then as a PR pro and project manager at a mission-driven communications firm, my career has been guided by a passion for making a tangible impact. Today, I'm focused on turning research into solutions that saves lives at the Center for Gun Violence Solutions at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Our comms team is amplifying robust advocacy campaigns to make data-driven advancements in gun violence prevention across the country. My experience working as a PR lead, in the news media and for various clients makes me a strong leader in the communications field. I also have a wide array of experience managing strategies for paid, organic and earned media tactics. My peers recognize me for staying calm in the face of chaos to get the job done. I'm always ready to take on the next challenge with a consider-it-done attitude.
