About Joe Mezzo

I design secure, scalable, and governed Microsoft-centric analytics and automation solutions that help organizations turn data into confident decisions. With over 15 years of experience across federal, healthcare, and financial environments, I specialize in building enterprise reporting ecosystems, Power BI semantic models, and low-code automation platforms that improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and support executive strategy.Early in my career at JPMorgan Chase, I contributed to transformational initiatives including ATM deployment and centralized video banking—innovations that anticipated today’s remote and hybrid customer engagement models. These experiences shaped my focus on scalable service design and long-term business value.Today, I continue this work by helping organizations modernize their analytics and automation environments through Microsoft cloud, Power Platform, and governed data architecture. As the founder of Blue Line Tax Services, I architected a secure digital platform that automates client intake, document lifecycle, and compliance workflows, demonstrating how thoughtful architecture can improve both user experience and operational efficiency.I’m open to remote architect, consulting, and advisory opportunities focused on data, automation, and digital transformation.
