I have 4- years as the site's Facility Maintenance Manager managing 30+ employees and their activities for HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, Sewage Treatment, Parts Room Inventory, and Work Order system (SAP). Responsible for maintaining the infrastructure for a 850 thousand sq. ft facility that employs 600 production workers. I am also a Master electrician of 40+ years with 30+ years experience in the pharma industry and GMP/PSM environment, 23-years as an electrical code instructor in the CVECA electrical apprenticeship program, 9+ years as a SGE assisting OSHA with safety audits and inspections, served on Region VPP Board of Directors for 11+years assisting in planning safety conferences and presenting workshops on electrical safety and sharing best practices. I have instructed Virginia OSHA in NFPA-70E, the Virginia Department of Corrections in an eight hour electrical safety class, and taught electrical safety at the NASA Goddard Space Center. As a VPP mentor I have assisted many sites in the Region area develope electrical safety and electrical maintenance programs.
