I am a resourceful, innovative professional with over 15 years of Operations and Service Management experience. Holding P&L responsibilities and having expertise in initiating projects and programs that boost efficiency and productivity while providing superior client services has helped my employers grow and profit. Deadline and results oriented, complex issues bring out the competitiveness in me. Building proactive teams that are accustomed to using innovative ideas to resolve problems and improve productivity is the cornerstone of my achievements. My experience ranges from a service technician repairing complex machinery to a small business owner of a home remodeling company to a National Technical Service Manager for a 100-year-old espresso machine manufacturer out of Italy, to an Area Service Manager covering the State of Florida for a mid-sized machine maintenance provider, to a Site Manager for a multi-national machine manufacturer. All these positions have given me the knowledge, skills, and experience to handle any management situation. These experiences and my education has provided me with the skills and knowledge in leadership, procurement, inventory management, change management, project management, as well as SAP and CMMS systems and a multitude of other programs and processes. A true Hands-on Manager, I use proven skills in analysis, troubleshooting, development, scheduling, training, coordination, and improvement of operations. As a transformational leader I have helped to develop policies that promote a team-based work atmosphere, creative thinking, employee education and a positive result for the organizational bottom line.
