I am a creative professional with instructional design and project management experience in diverse sectors. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for producing engaging training content and learning materials, as well as for evaluating and testing learning solutions to strengthen quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to success throughout my career. As such, I have consistently exceeded performance goals and I am adept at driving continuous improvement. Professional focal points include learning solution development, content creation, stakeholder engagement, beta/pilot testing, storyboarding, animation development, and video production and editing. Currently, I am an Instructional Designer with PRA Group. Under my leadership, I generated a 30% increase in course development deliverables by producing templates and streamlining development processes. I also create learner guides, activity guides, and other engaging materials to support learners. In addition, I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Media Design with Northern Illinois University.
