I help people buy and sell their homes. Associate Broker (DC), licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. Made my first real estate investment - a four story "brownstone" in Brooklyn, NY in 1980. I have been involved with real estate ever since. While working as a marketing executive for Marriott International in the 1980's and 1990's, I maintained a real estate portfolio in the greater Washington DC area. In 2002, became a full-time REALTOR, focusing my full attention on real estate. Launched an investment/renovation company and subsequently acquired real estate sales and brokers licenses. Have been representing buyers and sellers since 2003. Having been a buyer, seller, investor, renovator and corporate relocatee himself, Joe has "walked in the shoes" of many of his clients and can uniquely empathize with their needs and concerns. His years of experience in the renovation arena enable Joe to help his clients identify areas of concern in a new home as well as envision the impact of potential improvements.
