I accomplished this through listening to and being obsessed with achieving their goals; taking ownership of all aspects of the process; and meeting timelines and budgets. By consistently meeting these goals I develop the relationship into a true partnership. My hands-on approach allows me to deliver projects that exceed customer expectations. I continuously seek out better methods and materials to be more effective as well as taking full responsibility for all aspects of the project and coach my team to do the same.
