Agency MBS & CMO, Municipal, Corporate, with broad range of structures, totaling 135 million in assets. • Bank and Holding Company Board Member from February of 2017. • Chief Credit Administrator from 2013 to 2018. CCA oversaw all lending activity and staff. Personal credit approval limit of 2 million. Responsibilities included loan policy and compliance. Worked directly with examiners. Duties included risk rating, managing impaired loans and OREO. • ALCO committee member from 2010. • Branch Manager and Commercial Loan Officer from 2008 to 2013. • At different times, my responsibilities included producing the call report, various accounting functions, Bank Owned Life Insurance placement and accounting, Bank Security Officer. My interests included trail running and I've completed 10 marathons or ultra-marathon events. I enjoy anything outdoors, DIY home projects, and history. But, honestly, most of my free time is devoted to three children who sport a busy swim club schedule.
