My career has been shaped at the intersection of technology and the fast-paced marketing side of the automotive industry. This unique vantage point keeps me on my toes, constantly challenging me to evolve with two ever-changing fields. My focus has always been on getting high-quality research and product information out quickly, leveraging enterprise-level systems that are both robust and reliable. This deep experience across all layers of system and software design and support has prepared me to drive profound organizational change, optimize operational frameworks, and cultivate a thriving culture of innovation. I'm ready to spearhead an organization's journey towards unparalleled excellence in a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Digital Officer (CDO), or Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) role. AI-First Leadership & Impact I'm a recognized leader in AI strategy and adoption, having spearheaded an "AI-First" methodology approach, or "cognitive flow delivery." I founded an AI Study Group to embrace and experiment with emerging concepts and technologies which then led to establishing an Engineering AI Steering Committee to evaluate & refine Organizational AI Practices. In Q1 2025, I delivered a Conversational AI Assistant PoC for consumer research. By Q2 2025, our AI Steering Committee announced AI-driven process enhancements for code coverage, review, and retrospectives, targeting a 20% efficiency improvement. This success gained executive support for organization-wide AI adoption, and I'm currently shaping a vision for AI orchestration. During H1 2025, I led technology design on three strong AI-integrated product initiatives, with two already approved for feasibility. These initiatives continue to cascade toward new product designs and pitch opportunities with Automotive OEMs. Core Technology & Team Leadership Beyond AI, I have a strong track record in core technology. I redesigned corporate pipeline security for vulnerability awareness and risk mitigation. I also refined infrastructure operational spend by over for a Major North American Automotive OEM. I excel at building and mentoring high-performance teams (70+ members) that deliver custom software solutions.
