About Joe Roth

I began working in production during my adolescence at Northern Engraving, Inc. During that time I began understanding the fundamentals of quality control and, of course, proper work ethics. I focused most of my concern on quality inspection and assembly. Shortly after, I found myself working a third shift position at Empire Screen Printing in Onalaska, WI. In the two years I was employed at Empire, I became very proficient in many different processes of production. Some of these processes involved mixing various ink formulas, screen printing, lithography, lamination, diecutting stock cutting and even packaging the product for shipping. There came a point in my life where I was looking for a big change and began taking steps to make new opportunities a reality. It was around this time I decided to move to Madison, WI in a pursuit of happiness. I worked another printing job for a few years and did some auto detailing as well. It has now been 27 years into my journey and I finally find myself working as a sales agent for Dish Network. Never did I think sales would be in my future. Through natural curiosity, Ive aspired to building my skills and becoming a more valuable asset whether it be in production or other areas of expertise, such as graphic design, or even sales. I refuse to believe that I am incapable of learning anything that is thrown my way and strive to perform my best under any circumstances. I currently have a desire to begin work as a graphic animator or anything that will allow me to learn more about the hobby I love so much, video games!
