About Joe S.

I’ve had the privilege of leading facilities management teams for over 30 years, driving operational efficiencies, reducing costs, and optimizing spaces across multiple locations. I’m passionate about creating environments that support employee well-being, foster collaboration, and ultimately contribute to business success. My approach blends practical problem-solving with strategic foresight. I’ve had the opportunity to spearhead large-scale projects—from space utilization to vendor negotiations—each contributing to measurable improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.While I’ve achieved significant outcomes in my career, I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve built within the teams I've led and the end-users of the buildings and spaces we've managed. I believe that the best results come from working together, and I’m always looking for new ways to grow, learn, and deliver greater value.Currently, I’m focused on leading facilities teams that are not only cost-effective but also forward-thinking, integrating sustainability and technological innovations to enhance workplace environments. The pandemic accelerated changes to the workplace that were already underway. The existential questions facilities professionals were discussing about the future became present-day realities.
