About Joe Schell

I'm typically one of the funnier people in the room. Most people agree that I look way more arrogant than I actually am. I love people. And I love being apart of developing them. Bogey golfer, sharp shooter, and coached one year of 5th/6th grade girls basketball (to the title). I love cooking and I love eating more. I am unable to sit still and can only focus on things I am interested in. And I was not interested in school. So while most were in college - I did a full year as a missionary and then started my own business (that failed). Since the turn of the millennium, I've been exceptionally fortunate to absorb wisdom from distinguished business owners across the Southeast. In 2017, I took the leap and established Cite, an endeavor that has proven to be an incredible blessing beyond measure. Three beautiful daughters. As of 2023 - Parker is a sophomore at Alabama, Rachel passed away this year a week before her 18th birthday, and Audrey is starting her 7th grade year at Montgomery Catholic.
