About Joe Sinapi

I got into the insurance industry, very simply, because I knew I could make a difference in people’s lives. Knowing that I could have a positive impact on people was a powerful motivator. 28 years later, the motivation remains the same. After spending most of my professional career building advisor teams in the employee supplemental health benefit space I decided to shift my focus onto the Medicare Supplemental Insurance advisory arena where I continue to build a small team of advisors as well as individually assisting one of the most underserved and vulnerable segments of our population. Senior’s face growing complexity with how to handle their healthcare in retirement – needing to decide between 24 different Medicare Advantage Plans, 10 different Medicare Supplement Plans; 21 different Drug plans; Determining when to sign up for Medicare or when to delay Medicare. What are the potential penalties? … All of this can be overwhelming. Our goal is to help simplify the education of options and choices for Seniors around Medicare; assist in the enrollment process as well as share some alternative healthcare strategies for small business owners to reduce their healthcare expense for any of their employees that are 65 and older.
