As the CEO of Mio Marino, I am constantly focused on fostering strong pathways to leadership, effective recruitment practices, and a fertile environment for collaboration, acceleration, and growth. I am responsible for developing and implementing a variety of profit-building strategies that positions Mio Marino to be a leading name in casual-professional fashion. I believe that it is always better to build a career around your life rather than a life around your career. While I have worked hard to develop the skills and professional partnerships that I’ve nourished over my career, the reality is that my role within Mio Marino is to create the opportunities for our team to flourish while in pursuit of tirelessly and passionately serving the fashion needs of our discerning customers. Here's a personal glimpse beyond my profession: I’m a devoted husband and father who loves creative design, woodworking, and brainstorming with fellow entrepreneurs. I’m a seeker of knowledge and have a deep-seated appreciation for people who live life authentically, with passion, and on their own terms. I'm a nerd at heart, and an artificial extrovert in desperate need for some alone time. At the end of the day, I believe that it is possible to simultaneously be a masterpiece and a work-in-progress. I believe in doing good work, treating people well, and finding joy and satisfaction in life that goes beyond resumes, and reports.
