In 2021, I accepted my biggest career challenge: becoming CEO of Allspring Global Investments, a newly created, independent asset management firm. We relaunched with a fresh name and a clean slate—but with global scale and presence. Over the next four years, I had the privilege of leading the firm through its foundational chapter. We embraced a “start-up at scale” mindset that continues to define how we operate: agile, modern, and built around client needs. Today I continue to serve Allspring as Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, supporting the next chapter of the firm’s growth. Helping launch and lead Allspring has been a defining experience, and I remain all-in.
