I pledge to serve students, families, and all stakeholders to the best of my abilities, in everything I do. CORE PRINCIPLES: I want to make a difference for children. I have a history of making a difference by forming positive relationships with students and adults alike, and leveraging those relationships into the achievement of high expectations. I work equally well in team settings and independently. I don’t hesitate to take charge but I am also able to contribute as an active listener and contributor. Empowering others to achieve is the most basic principle that has informed my work for the past 30 years. CAREER OVERVIEW: Expertise in literacy outcomes, literacy acquisition, and skill growth. Extensive experience in program design and implementation, professional development programming, curriculum, technology integration, and communications.
