A driven Director (background in Project Management) working for Metrolinx on the GO Expansion Program, experience managing a wide variety of major infrastructure and signalling projects, in Canada and the United Kingdom. Current role managing rail infrastructure projects and a project management team in Toronto. Notable strengths; working on complex projects and managing difficult and demanding stakeholders. Very adaptable and always keen to learn new skills with a particular passion for learning new technologies and processes. A strong focus on professional development, completing a post graduate Msc at UCL (pass with distinction) in Project and Enterprise Management. In addition to achieving chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, following completion of the APC Project Management pathway. Currently undertaking a diploma in construction Adjudication. Significant experience managing multi-disciplinary teams both from a line management and project reporting perspective. Capable of managing Client engagements with all aspects of engagement management including; client care, strategy development, invoicing, risk management, and contract management.
