At Davies Group Consulting Division, I created client account dashboards and org charts in Dynamics 365 that streamlined account management across the team. I then researched, created and pitched decks for enterprise solutions like Celonis and Alteryx, aimed at reducing process inefficiencies within client businesses. I led a process mining presentation to senior leadership, turning operational data into actionable strategy that shaped internal decision-making, leading to the acquisition of a partnership between Davies and Celonis for future business relations. I also co-developed branded client reports and business development decks that directly supported new client wins and expanded service offerings—contributing to revenue growth and strategic portfolio development. In my previous role working as a customer service and sales rep at JCW Fitness, my main responsibilities included handling B2C and B2B communications and sales. Using our CRM, I became proficient in client and customer outreach, selling packaged yoga and fitness classes to businesses and individuals. Using a self managed approach, I was able to scale the operations of sales and grow the companies revenue through my consistent KPI targets being achieved. I have gained valuable experience as a psychology intern at Liverpool Football Club. I delivered workshops to the Liverpool Women's academy players, focusing on teamwork, communication, and mindset. These workshops were vital to the players in allowing them grow their skills as players and teammates which received outstanding feedback from the coaches and staff at LFCW. As a steward at Anfield, I worked alongside a small, specifically selected team of 12, who ensured the safety and order of the away fans at the stadium, and handled challenging situations with professionalism and calmness.
