My philosophy is that whatever size business you have it is essential that you receive sound financial and business advice. Business owners need to have an understanding and control over their own money. They require advice that is based on sound business practices, takes compliance issues into account and has no hidden agenda. That is what I offer as a CFO for hire. My role is to make it easier for you to do business. I will come along side of a business owner and work with them to evaluate their current financial situation. As CFO I will guide them in internal accounting functions, setting goals, financial decision making, building financial relationships as necessary and implementing processes that will improve productivity. By expanding their personal knowledge of their financial status, overall profitability and growth of their business is achieved. I work closely with my business owners in the areas they select. I assist in day to day operations, decisions regarding purchases, personnel, pricing, expansions and acquisitions. I can act as their liaison with financial institutes. All this allows my clients to have more time to build their business without sacrificing involvement in the financial process of their company. They actually know more about their company’s financial status than ever before. When my clients become more aware of their business’ worth and make decisions that are based on sound business practices, then I have been successful in assisting them to reach another level in their business. My role as a CFO for hire empowers small and medium sized business owners. I am a phone call away and I visit my business owners as their needs require. This allows my clients the ability to meet the challenge of competition with companies larger than themselves who have a CFO down the hall without the expense they aren’t quite able to handle yet.
