With over 20 years of experience spanning management, strategy, business development, and consultancy, I thrive at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and strategic opportunity identification. My diverse background spans industries such as IT, consultancy, and clinical research, including roles in CROs and the Medtech sector. Currently, I serve as Technology Enablement Manager at Medtronic, where I focus on driving hyperautomation and AI initiatives to unlock business potential. Prior to this, I successfully led Medtronic's Clinical Data Management team across the EMEA and APAC regions. I am passionate about connecting the dots where others see complexity, uncovering opportunities in challenges, and delivering sustainable results. My holistic approach integrates people, processes, innovative solutions, and outcomes to transform organizations and elevate business performance. Thinking outside the box is second nature to me, and preparation is a cornerstone of my professional philosophy. Outside of work, my curiosity drives me to explore emerging technologies such as Blockchain, Bitcoin, Web 3.0, and DeFi, as well as the transformative potential of AI in shaping the future. I’m committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving landscape. On a personal note, I have a deep appreciation for military history and the Art of War, and I enjoy playing field hockey and padel as ways to stay active and engaged.
