About Joel Baker

As the National Division Director at American Conservation Experience (ACE), I oversee all aspects of partnership development, intern management, and programming with various federal and non-federal partners throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. With over fifteen years of experience in the land management industry, I have a strong background in natural resource management, community engagement, and organizational development. My mission is to foster collaborative and sustainable conservation solutions that benefit the environment and the communities we serve. I leverage my analytical, communication, and community development skills to identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, coordinate projects, and support field personnel. I also utilize federal and non-federal grant and project portals to streamline the administrative processes and ensure compliance with the partner requirements. I am passionate about advancing the conservation field and mentoring the next generation of environmental leaders.
