I live with the mission:"[To] see my own potential, and relentlessly reach for it; see the potential in others and empower them to achieve it; see the potential of the world and encourage everyone to make it a better place." The best part about being a kid is that you are constantly growing. You get bigger, taller, stronger, faster, smarter, and more creative every day, without even trying. When you're a child, you dream as big as you want, and nothing can stop you from achieving those dreams. But, somewhere along the journey, many people lose that fire in their belly - and slowly, dreams are traded in for stability. I am a dreamer. I spend much of my time imagining a better world and figuring out what I can do to help make it a reality. I believe big changes start with small actions, starting with individuals and gaining momentum. That’s why I always put my heart into whatever I’m doing, and take every opportunity to grow. The most important qualities I look for in my work are personal growth, helping others grow, and contributing to a better world. In my work with individuals and organizations, three rules guide my interactions: 1) see their potential; 2) help them see it themselves; and 3) help them take the first steps to make it a reality.
