About Joel Bradley

Solution Manager, Program and Project manager with a solid foundation of system knowledge, including 5 different ATS systems, 2 CRM systems, various sourcing tools, job distribution systems, and recruiting process. As technology evolves understanding data privacy, GDPR, and data security at the global level has become increasingly more important as they are applied to talent acquisition systems and processes. While working as a business analyst for two of the largest global HR outsourcing & technology firms, I held responsibility for ATS systems and integrations on major client accounts. They were client facing roles, in which I estimated and completed all change requests, provided quarterly client updates, and managed a small team including off-shore resources. My client list spanned several industry verticals including healthcare, retail, finance, and consumer packaged goods (CPG). I have a passion for networking and enjoy talking with others in the same industry and similar roles to learn! Feel free to reach out!Snapshot of systems experience: Jobvite, Taleo, Vurv, Deploy, eCruiter, Workday, Talemetry, Avature, Jibe, eQuest.
