About Joel Dexter

While working at Staples as a Technology Associate from 2009 to 2010, I attended the Digital Media and IT program for a year at NAIT. In 2011 I was promoted to Junior Technology Consultant and began taking the Business Administration diploma course. After graduating from NAIT with a diploma in B2B Marketing, I developed my skills and knowledge around the software industry at Acrodex. As a Software Sales Specialist, I reach out to prospects and clients to provide consultation on the latest changes happening around virtualization, end user productivity solutions, and cloud technology. I work closely with a team of talented Licensing Specialists that provide the insight needed to maximize the benefits of volume licensing agreements. During my time in this role I've learn to tailor my communication skills to help build trusting relationships with our customers and vendors to deliver our expertise. In my latest roles, I've played a key part of the Acrodex Software team to increase what value we bring to our clients. At the beginning of 2016 I transitioned from an inside position to a primarily customer facing role; This has supported my engagements with customers in a deeper conversations around their essential planning stages. The success of my customers has become an enjoyment. I feel I'm truly able to help them discover the best solutions as we navigate the latest in Microsoft technology.
