I'm a dynamic medical device professional, leader, and strategist. Expert in sales representation, curriculum design, product development, sales training, and medical education. As the principal of Freestone Medical I created a successful medical device distributorship and consultancy. I work with device companies to sell, support, and represent their products to surgeons and healthcare facilities. I also consult on sales training and medical education development, implementation, and delivery. I've worn many hats in my career - Sales Rep, Director of Training, Medical Education Manager, Researcher, and Distributor Principal. As a result I am uniquely suited to manage dynamic multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges. I've worked closely with Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Operations personnel. But actual experience has taught me these are my strengths- I believe the best impression a company can make is with a superbly trained sales rep - I know more about my product than anyone in this hospital, that's why I'm here - I embrace challenges - I want the best idea to win - I don't care who gets credit - I want to work hard - I'm at my best when the stakes are high - I want to work with the smartest people possible I'm glad to make new professional acquaintances.
