I’m a people-first leader who believes the best results come when teams feel supported, trusted, and empowered to grow. With over 12 years of experience across digital transformation, customer experience, and business innovation, I’ve learned that real impact happens when we bring clarity, empathy, and purpose to our work. As Head of Customer Success, I’m proud to lead a brilliant team focused on making things better for our customers, our business, and each other. My role is as much about creating the right environment as it is about setting direction: giving people the space, encouragement, and structure they need to thrive. Whether we’re improving how we support our customers or introducing new ways of working, I care deeply about long-term outcomes, doing things the right way, and building something sustainable. I enjoy working cross-functionally to solve problems, simplify the complex, and keep people at the centre of every decision. Outside of work, I volunteer as an Activities Coordinator with Happivale (Nottinghamshire Mencap), supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities, a role that constantly reminds me of the value of community, dignity, and shared joy. Also passionate about animals, health, exercise, and history.
