Background

About Joel Gross

With over two decades of work experience, I am a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with a core competency in new business development. I am passionate about creating and marketing innovative products that enhance the quality of life for customers. As the VP at Sunshine Lighting, I lead a team of talented professionals who share the same vision of delivering sustainable and energy-efficient lighting solutions. I also founded Bayis Tov, a non-profit organization that provides pre-marriage, marriage, and post-marriage help to couples who want to build relationships with respect and stronger foundations. At Sunshine Lighting, I am responsible for overseeing the product development, marketing, and sales functions, as well as establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. I have successfully launched and scaled multiple product lines, including smart lighting systems, LED bulbs and fixtures, that have generated millions of dollars in revenue and increased the market share and brand recognition of the company. Some of the skills that I have applied and developed in this role are product development and marketing, business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
