Hello! My name is Joel Hernandez, and it would be my pleasure to join your work force in making your company a more diligent, organized, and hard-working environment. I have worked with Delaware North for over a year, and have provided customer service to hundreds of "players" within our poker room. It is ranked one of the best ones within Florida, and has even won multiple achievements. I was awarded the "S.E.R.V.E" completion prize after demonstrating a perfect example of top-notch customer service, and I aim to keep that achievement with me as I transfer to Hawaii! I am looking for a work-space in which customer service is highly appreciated, and taken seriously. I have experience with making multiple transactions, providing the best customer service, and organizing coworkers so we could build each other up in teamwork exercises that can greater benefit our work-style, and make our job much easier and fun for not only us, but the greatly-valued customers.
