About Joel Jungersten

I´m a person that likes to work in global environments with focus on writing and illustrations. I´m currently working in the mining industry at Metso as a Global Standards Editor in the Pump business line. In this role my main tasks are to define and harmonize our global standards, and also to describe the standards by writing procedures and create flowcharts.Example of a task in my role is to define a standard for the documents that should be included in a normal delivery. By creating that standard, we can make sure that we are using the same workflow in the business line and avoid that the customer gets different deliverables depending on which Metso site that was responsible for the order.In my previous works I have mostly worked as a Technical Writer and my main tasks have been to write Manuals, update/maintain technical documentation and also be very aware and understand the products within the company. Also I worked in customer projects were I also had the opportunity to be a Teamleader.
