Alongside client consulting, I independently manage a dedicated portfolio of clients—taking ownership of service sales, business development, and the continuous refinement of our talent solutions to meet evolving client needs. In professional life, my passion is to develop and implement recruitment processes that are applicant-friendly and contribute to building an attractive employer brand that supports the organization's strategy. I have diverse experience in HR and recruitment roles across both the public and private sectors. Before stepping into my current role, I specialized in public sector recruitment, gaining valuable insight into its specific requirements and processes. Prior to that, I worked in a private-sector staffing agency as an HR Coordinator, which gave me a solid foundation in operational HR and fast-paced candidate services. This varied background has equipped me with strong project management and self-leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of different organizational environments. I excel when I can utilize creative thinking, and therefore, I thrive in roles where I can develop and innovate.
